Rotation for Meal Teams A, B, & C
Day 1
Breakfast and Lunch
- A Set out and put away breakfast items, prepare lunch cleaning up as you go, and put away leftovers.
- B Set table for lunch, prepare and set out beverages, wash breakfast and lunch dishes, compost waste, sweep kitchen floor, mop when needed.
- C Resupply upstairs bathrooms and change hand towels. Wash kitchen laundry when hamper is full, adding bleach.
Dinner
- C Cook dinner, clean up as you go, and put away beverages and leftovers.
- A Set table, prepare and set out beverages, compost waste, wash dishes, sweep kitchen floor.
- B General housekeeping, vacuum dining room and library, check upstairs bathrooms, sweep hallways and entryways, and mop tiles in public areas, including bathrooms.
